Eric Kettani is the Founder and President of MEAK Solutions LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) delivering high-performance solutions to federal agencies across the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD), and other government partners.

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and went on to serve over a decade in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and Public Affairs Officer. During his military career, he led complex operations, managed high-stakes environments, and developed a reputation for precision, accountability, and execution under pressure. He was ranked the top Junior Officer aboard his ship and selected as a distinguished ship handler during advanced training in Newport, Rhode Island. His service also included time at the Pentagon supporting public affairs initiatives for the Department of Defense.

Following active duty, Eric continued his service in the Naval Reserves, where he was recognized with the USAA Salute to Service Award for his leadership and continued impact.

In 2014, Eric founded MEAK Solutions with a clear mission: to deliver reliable, compliant, and results-driven solutions within the federal contracting space. Under his leadership, MEAK has grown into a trusted partner supporting mission-critical contracts in areas including facility systems, HVAC, power generation, life safety, and specialized equipment procurement. His approach emphasizes operational discipline, strict adherence to federal acquisition requirements, and building scalable systems that ensure consistent performance across every contract.

His experience navigating complex federal procurement environments—combined with a relentless focus on accountability—has positioned MEAK Solutions as a dependable and growing force within the government contracting ecosystem.
